10 Ideas to Help Reduce Panic
Bombard your senses (sour taste, change scenery, strong odor, piercing noise, slow and deep breathing
Go for a walk, engage in light exercise, get your body moving
Find a focus object
Have an exit plan
Place cold ice on your wrists
Cuddle with your pet (or borrow a friends if you don't have one!)
Breathe in a paper bag (yes, seriously)
Repeat internal mantra
Splash cold water on your face
Picture your happy place
