You’ve worked hard to build a life that works. From the outside, it may look like you have it all together.
But internally, you may still be carrying stress, pressure, or patterns that haven’t fully shifted.
I work with high-achieving women and entrepreneurs who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and begin working at the level where these patterns actually begin.
This creates more clarity in decisions, more steady responses, and less internal pressure over time.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in EMDR and somatic therapy for high-achieving women and entrepreneurs navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and therapy intensives.

This is not talk therapy.
We’re not spending sessions analyzing or circling the same patterns week after week. We work at the level where those patterns actually begin so they can shift.
We focus on what’s currently showing up — stress, overthinking, relationship patterns — and bring it into awareness in a direct, focused way.
Using EMDR and somatic therapy, we work through the nervous system and subconscious, where these patterns were originally created.
As the pattern shifts, the pressure to force change isn’t there.
What you’ve been trying to change starts to move more easily on its own.
Sessions are structured in 90-minute formats to allow for deeper, more focused work and more lasting change over time.
