How This Work Is Different
We do not stop at insight, understanding, or coping. You can know why a pattern exists and still feel your body respond from the old place.
1. Identify what you’re ready to change
We focus on what is currently showing up, such as stress, overthinking, relationship patterns, pressure, or the places where you feel stuck.
2. Work at the level where the pattern is held
I use an individually tailored blend of EMDR and Somatic Experiencing® to work with the brain, body, and nervous system.
This allows us to access the level where the pattern was created and where it is still being held.
3. Change begins to happen naturally
As the pattern shifts, new responses can begin to feel more natural outside of session.
The pressure to force change softens, and what you have been trying to change can begin to move more easily on its own.
Session Length
Sessions are structured in 90-minute formats to allow for deeper, more focused work and more lasting change over time.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Fort Worth, Texas.
I work with women entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders who are used to holding a lot in their work, relationships, families, and within themselves.
I know this pattern from the inside, too. I’ve done my own work around tying identity to success, looking for safety in achievement, and learning to trust myself more deeply.
My work is not about giving you another way to manage it all or teaching you how to push through. You are probably already pretty good at that.
Instead, I help you work with the places where your system still feels organized around pressure, responsibility, protection, or proving.
These patterns are often not random. They are usually showing us where something deeper is ready to be seen, understood, and shifted.
